The facilities in the apartment included a complimentary room upgrade. The view of the towers from our room was lovely. Facilities were excellent and well-kept. It felt 5-star.

Breakfast was limited. I noticed no basic needs such as cheese or butter. The coffee machine was out of order too. I waited 10 minutes each time. Staff response felt slow to requests, like cleaning or providing tea bags.

the location was great. i was greeted each time i left and arrived. the cleaning services were really good!!!

the check in is just a faff, signing up to websites and for loyalty etc. the sofa in the room was covered in stains. i told them we had no soap in our shower dispenser and they replied "what do you want us to do".

The room was spacious and clean. It included a full-size fridge. The room also featured 3M filtered water and a microwave. I found a washing machine, too. The rooftop pool had amazing views. It overlooked Malaysia's iconic towers. This.

The breakfast area became quite busy during peak hours.

The staff were friendly and professional from arrival. They offered excellent service and a warm welcome. I especially liked how quick they were in responding to requests and always had a smile on their face.

The rooftop restaurant provides a close-up view of the towers. I found this an amazing dining experience. The food was AMAZING!!! There were multiple dishes and drinks to select from. I really enjoyed the ambiance.
